Directory Search
The best way to search your patient directory.
Simply type in the name of the patient and press enter. Relevant search results will appear for further action (more info or visit exam form). The complete directory may also be found in the main menu or with the ‘Directory’ button below.
New Driver
Begin an exam for a driver who is NOT listed in your directory.
Simply click the ‘+’ and you will be sent to a new exam form. From there you can enter the patient’s search criteria (Last Name and Email) to prefill the form. It is recommended that you utilize the driver registration via QR code or a link on your site to expedite the health history process.
Directory
Access your complete driver directory.
Make use of the search bar or visit the directory and view an alphabetically organized list of all patients on record. Each listing will have a link to view an exam summary or to edit/update the most current entry. (previous versions of the exam forms will be maintained in the archive)

Macros
Add your own exam macros.
Click to edit your macros statements for your dot physical process. Cater them to your own unique exam preferences. Sections include: Health History Review, Additional Testing, Exam Summary and more. Sample macros are included in the descriptions of corresponding sections to take advantage of commonly used phrases or to help jump-start your macros framework from scratch.

Account
Keep your examiner credentials current.
Review the ME credentials that were provided during registration. Update for any changes of address or contact information. These credentials will be applied to any future exam forms or certificates issued by your account. Other helpful links include your signed SAAS agreement, and the driver registration QR code for your waiting area.
RECENT ENTRIES
Quick access to in-progress exams and federal forms
There are two types of listings in this section:
1. Continue an Exam:
Press the ‘Continue’ button to the right of the relevant driver or patient to re-visit an exam that has not yet been completed.
2. Today’s Exam Submissions:
Exams will be categorized here for 24 hours following a successful exam form submission. There are three links you can use for quick access to exam documentation:
WC – download/print a wallet card version of the medical certificate.
5875 – download/print the full exam form.
5876 – download/print the medical certificate.
(any other documents can be found by searching for the patient’s directory folder.)
CERTIFICATE EXPIRING
Simplify the administration of recertification exams (re-exam)
Exams will be categorized here if the expiration date is set to occur in the next 31 days. Each listing will contain four details:
Driver Name
– this icon indicates that the driver may have been recommended to provide some form of clearance letter at the time of recertification exam given their intake entry.
Phone Number – click to call the number shown (while on your mobile device) and schedule a re-exam
>>>| – click this symbol to the right of the relevant driver or patient to refresh the exam date. This will only appear when necessary (the most current entry includes a date in the past).
> – click this symbol to the right of the relevant driver or patient to start a re-exam
Expiration Date (MM/DD) – gathered from the most recent certificate issued to this patient by your clinic
All listings are immediately removed from this category following a completed re-exam.

DETERMINATION PENDING
Keep track of any pending exam results
Exams will be categorized here if the patient is issued a result of ‘determination pending’. A day counter is provided considering the maximum period allowed to address a determination pending result (45 days). Each listing will contain three details:
Driver Name – F. Last
> – click this symbol to the right of the relevant driver or patient to revisit the exam
Day Counter – calculated from the date of the initial determination pending result (must be addressed in 45 days to issue a certificate to be accepted)
All listings are immediately removed from this category following a change to the exam result.
INCOMPLETE EXAMS
Ensure that no exam goes without being completed
Entries will be categorized here if the determination section is incomplete. This can be helpful if you need additional time to make a decision on the correct certificate period. Each listing will contain three details:
Driver Name – F. Last
> – click this symbol to the right of the relevant driver or patient once you are ready to make a determination and submit the exam
Day Counter – calculated from the day the exam began. (it is recommended that the entry be submitted by 12AM the following day to be accepted).
All listings are immediately removed from this category following a change to the exam result.
