What are Macros?
Macros are frequently used acronyms, words, phrases or even entire blocks of text that can act as a template for common visit types and forms. In the case of DOT physicals, it can be helpful to make use of macros for a few sections of the exam form and certificate.

How do I Use my Macros?
Within an exam, you will be notified when you can select the appropriate phrase(s) when it comes to making summary statements. Click the drop down as shown below and select the macros option(s) you would like to apply to your summary. You can assign a single macro per instance or use a combination of them.
